I hired Jonick to repair plaster and paint in my home following electrical work. I will say that overall, my experience was positive. However, there were a few aspects that did not meet expectations. At times when plastering, employees didn't put covering over the floor, so there was loads more dust and plaster on the bare hardwood than perhaps should have been. It was only when I discussed this with John that employees really stepped up in terms of clean up. When painting started, employees did not put tape on baseboards, resulting in the wall paint dripping on the white baseboards; I ended up putting the tape down myself. In the process of trying to match the color of the walls, I eventually asked Jonick to do corner to corner painting instead of just painting over the patching. Even so, the employees did not always paint corner to corner, and I had to re-do two walls myself afterwards. Jonick did do more than I had originally asked, but still hadn't done some simple things like corner-to-corner painting; they asked me to pay an additional $875 for the work, even though they hadn't completed some aspects of it. I told them absolutely not, and ended up paying what I thought (and John agreed) was a fair price. As I said, overall things ended up positively. If the customer understands where employees may cut corners and stays on top of what they're doing, things will be fine. But it shouldn't take constant supervision from a customer in order to get quality work.

He was on time. The workers he had with him were very respectful and courteous. They finished on the time and cleaned up after they were though. I gave my co-workers a copy of Jonick"s business card. I need more work done and when I am ready, I will give him a call.

The job was not done to my satisfaction at first but the owner personally made sure the job was fixed and done to my satisfaction. The end result was great but I did have to requesthe someone come back out.

Very good work fast and clean

John and his crew did a fantastic job with a reasonable cost. We live on an acre land that is quiet hilly. John made the landscape beautiful and installed an sprinkle system also. We cannot be more happier. Each time I look at the garden, I bless him. Thank you John for all your hard work! You really have an eye for beauty, we got so many complements from our neighbors.
