Their customer service is terrible, they are not reliable, not trustworthy took longer than expected. over the experience with this service, pro had not been pleasant.

Hired them for my mother thru Angi Came highly rated. The issue was brick pointing. The repairman came out to check the job. The issue with the leak is still there. A recent lengthy downpour proved it. We are not happy. Called their office last Monday, and was told they would have someone call us back. Not too happy at this point. The repairman was very respectful.

Jessica, John, and Butch were amazing. Jessica was communicative and friendly throughout the whole process - via email and text. John was super thorough and knowledgeable and would 10/10 recommend this company! Will be using them to repair my stucco front of my rowhouse when I'm ready!

I hired Key stone exterior through HOMEADVISOR because they had great reviews. They misled us for almost a year, they collected our money through a different company called contractor services incorporated and they abandoned the project. We have damage into our house and into our neighbor's houses. This is either a scam or the worst possible company ever. Keystone Exterior is not a legitimate company . Contractor services INC operated by Steven Cowen should also be avoided as they are connected. We do not want this to happen to anyone else.

They were very quick and upfront about costs. Absolute professional when taking care of my wall. It looks great and has already withstood heavy rain and wind. All I could ask for. I 100% will be using them again.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Kept me informed, quick start time. The work by Jon repairing a side wall was done expertly. He told me what he was going to do and why. He performed the work with efficiency and skill without a fuss. I would definitely hire them again, and will definitely recommend them to others.

They were very responsive and quick to get me on the schedule. We had to push back the first appointment due to the weather and they were super fast at getting me resheduled.

John was able to repair a part of our lintel that was damaged from a neighbors house work. They were efficient and professional and John went above and beyond! Would definitely hire them again!

The repairing of the walkways, steps, and window wells was absolutely wonderful. Besides doing a neat and skillful job, John and Butch worked together with terrific teamwork. Their skills and personal integrity was a delight.

I had patch pointing and block pointing done on my home by Kestone Exterior. They communicated very well from start to finish during the project. The on-site crew did a great job and kept the work areas very clean at the end of the day too. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for this type of work needed on their home (or business) in the Greater Philadelphia area.

I found the company and the representative Steve to be very honest and fair. My problem was with their crew chief Toni who misrepresented the approach they would have to the project. He initially said the project would take 4 to 5 days with 3 to 4 people there every day. He showed up with two people the first day and work 3 hours. Two people worked the next time they came out and did not accomplish much. After that, Toni did not show up anymore. He quit he did not inform us that he was quitting. I found that to be very unprofessional. Apparently business is so good right now that they can just quit in the middle of a job and move on to another job. I cannot recommend them because they may leave anybody just hanging. If Tony comes out to represent Keystone do not hire them.

Refreshing to deal with a contractor who is professional, courteous, timely and fair priced. I would definitely utilize their services again.

I had pointing done on my home. I was originally told i needed it lentels but this was not true. I am so thankful to Johnny for doing an awesome job and being honest. It is extremely rare to find honest, proficient, and committed contractors. The Owner Randy even called me on a Sunday! Keystone Exterior is a little pricy but well worth the money!!!!! Good workmanship, great customer service, and honest. I would recommend their service. Oh yeah, Johnny was hilarious. Friendly but not too over the top.
