I felt like they didnt even try to fix my washing machine. Only tried to look (unsuccessfully) for a replacement part but didnt even look inside the machine first. Then didnt call me back or try to help me. Extremely disappointed because I paid them $50 to do nothing

I had a very pleasant experience. The workers were professional and informative on the problem with my dryer. I thought I would be stuck without a dryer but they saved the day. Would highly recommend to others!
