I contacted Landmark Lawncare to take a look at my front yard which seemed to be progressively dying day by day. The owner, Neil, came that same afternoon and within minutes pointed out my problem; grubs. I'm a detail oriented, and sometimes inpatient guy who loves a great looking yard. That being said, I told Neil that I'd like to have the yard resodded, not seeded. He explained in detail what would be done, when it would be done, and how much it would cost. That's the easy stuff. They showed up early Monday and worked all day removing the old yard, placing new topsoil, and then resodding. In addition, he replaced 3 sprinkler heads to allow for greater watering volume since sod requires more hydration. It's been a few days and I can already tell the yard is doing fine; witnessed by the fact that it's bright green and the grass is standing tall. It's been months since I've seen that. Throughout the entire process, Neil has kept me informed of progress, watering schedule, future applications and cutting (which he handles), and even came today to check out the yard and help water. The entire team was very professional in their approach, it was all work no play, and the results speak for themselves. I would highly recommend contacting Landmark Lawncare if you have landscape projects or yard issues.

Neil and his team were great. My wife and I used Neil to build our home entry walkway and steps. Neil was helpful and great throughout the entire process (planning/budgeting thru finished project). All work was completed on time as described and he even went above and beyond to do some weeding other labdscaping while stone was setting. I would highly recommended him. We did a bluestone walkway and steps.

Landmark built an outdoor kitchen for us and did a tremendous job, particularly in incorporating our Big Green Egg. Neil was extremely creative and flexible and provided great ideas on how to improve the kitchen. Great team to work with, very professional and courteous in working around our schedule. Would highly recommend.

The work was done in a timely manner as described. Good value for the dollar.
