Our main entrance (double door) was blocked because the inside deadbolt knob was stuck and the key on the outside would not activate the deadbolt. It was urgent, as we were waiting for a delivery of furniture that could go only through the double door fully open. Locksmith Tech was the only pro who contact me to be able to come in time. And, indeed, the delivery occurred just before the deadbolt repair was finished. great job in time.

Contractor is High pressure..He did not tell me what type of lock put in and put the wrong ones. The where substandard product installed. He caused damage to my door. He did not clean after himself and did not come with the right tools to do the work .

The work wasn't urgently needed, but he had time in his schedule the same day as I inquired and knocked out a combination job of new installs in newly renovated spaces and shifting of old cores; and all keyed to a common key system.
