Cleaned out my garage and did an excellent job

They were amazing! Great value for the money . What I liked the best about this company was their responsiveness. They finished my project in one day. ( I had three bathroom vanities replaced ) They were neat and efficient. I am actually amazed at how happy I am with results. Definitely recommend

If you want a job done the right way, hire Maestro. Our 4000 square foot house was built in 1908 and was covered and recovered over the years with more layers of stucco in uneven patches all over the house. 60% of the house is original, and 40% is an addition. Maestro expertly removed all of the existing stucco, which revealed rotten wood and a crack in our cast iron plumbing stack. They told us what the cheaper temporary fixes would be, and the more expensive permanent solution (knowing that their work would be halted while repair on the stack was completed by a third party). They took the time to have an honest conversation of the pros and cons for each, and when asked told us which option they would choose for their own house. We ultimately chose the permanent solution of halting the stucco work to replace the plumbing stack. Maestro replaced all of the rotten wood on the entire original structure, insulated the house (which was never insulated), re-stuccoed with three coats, re-pointed the stone foundation, replaced and re-routed the downspouts, and repaired and painted the exterior trim. We were given an estimate prior to each phase of the work, and we were never asked for additional compensation outside of those estimates. Our house was once considered an eyesore, and now people go out of their way to tell us how amazing it looks. Through the whole process, they showed concern for our happiness and for the finished product. Bottom line is, Maestro is unlike any other contractor we have ever hired. They do what they say they will do, for the cost that they say it will be, within the time-frame estimated, and do not need to be managed by you.They also always answered the phone when I called, if not they actually would return my call within the same day! Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a contractor that fits this description.

Tremendous work done extremely rapidly. They took a 50-year-old brick pathway and made it look brand new. Will hopefully work with them again on more projects.

I get a lot of compliments on my patio that has a bar and fire pit area. Maestro Construction went out of their way to ensure that I was happy and did extra things like hung a hose rack for me and put my patio furniture in place for me. Even when another contractor messed up some of their work, they took the time to refix it without me asking. They came back when they said they would and Luann is a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them!

First I would like to say they are the nicest guys to work with. I found them easy to talk to and they responded immediately to all of my calls They have extensive knowledge and experience so they know what works and looks best. We were so happy we went with all their recommended additions and enhancements. They installed a pavers patio with fire pit. I even got landscaping ideas from them. They added a beautiful natural looking roof to part of the patio and turned the patio into a new living area for us that we will enjoy for many years to come.

We are very pleased with the work of Maestro Construction LLC. They put natural stone on our patio and it looks beautiful. They worked very hard and finished everything on time. I was absolutely amazed when I saw that they washed by hand every single stone on the finished patio. They were very responsive on all questions we had. They cleaned up everything after they finished work. I recommend them to other customers.

Work ethic and quality beyond any other company I have worked with recently. They make suggestions and have pride in what they do. Will provide detailed billing so you know what the costs are; there are no surprises or hidden gotchas. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work and their work ethic. Maestro identified serious structural flaws that other contractors overlooked. Their bid for a full teardown and replacement was competitive with other contractors offers for a bandaid solution. We were pleased with the price, quality of work, and the customer service - so pleased that we've already hired them for some additional work around the house.

Mr. Kotarja and his associates efficiently completely my project. When, what I thought was simply an uncomplicated stucco repair and replacement project, Mr. Kotarja showed me in great detail, why and how the foundation of a very old house, needed to be strengthened and reinforced first, with cider blocks and cement before the stucco work could be started. Despite a few days of rainy, non-workable weather, Mr. Kotarja and his associates persistently stayed with the project to its conclusion. All phases of the project were completed to my total satisfaction.

I was pleased with the speed that the work was completed and the quality. The guys were professional and confident. I would hire them again.

Some of the cement patching on my steps started cracking 4 weeks after the job was completed. The brick portion on the front of the house is ok.
