Showed up within the first 15min of the start of the scheduled appointment window, gave me an estimate of the repair cost, started work right away and had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. Bonus in that the plumber tested the work a couple of times to make sure everything worked and cleaned up the area before he left so it was just like new.

The plumber, Dino, was prompt, polite, efficient and repaired the pipe under our sink quickly, and then cleaned up when finished. He made sure everything worked fine before leaving. My experience with Magic plumbing and in particular, Dino, was excellent, and I won't hesitate to use them again as well as recommend them to friends.

They are very professional. I received their call and scheduled for a site visit within three days after submitting my service request. This is a commercial facility and it is not an easy fix. They know what they do. I'm happy with their work. The only thing I wish they can do is to give us brief training how to use the new sump pump control after the installation.

Very good. Did a fast check & fixed the problem. Expensive but it was a Saturday, and places to buy parts were closed. Happened to find an open place, so all was good. They didn't have the part I needed on their truck.
