Majestic Cleaning Services

This service provider promised more than she could deliver. She and her crew did shoddy work, there was a constant lack of communication, and she even lied about having a boss. As the owner of the company, we found her to be generally insensitive to our needs.

Fast and affordable but would not let me in the apartment to inspect. Forgot to clean the blinds and that charge was taken out of my deposit. Do not tip until you inspect their work.

They were no thrill, honest and professional. Did an excellent job.

Santos and her team did a great job! Loved the beautiful sparkling clean hood. We have a large custom hood that is a lot of work to clean. So happy to have someone else do the job. My husband and I are getting too old to do by ourselves. Thanks for doing such a great job.

I did a clean-out move and understand that people do not necessarily clean behind stoves and refrigerators, but the vibe and attitude of the owner was not customer centric. The quality of work was sub-optimal. Better customer service, a little compassion and putting the customers needs first could turn this around.

I was skeptical until I got other bids, and discovered how few companies will clean hoods and vents in residential settings. Frankly, I did not like having to give a credit card ahead of service, so I used a little used credit card that I could easily monitor and cancel. Yeah, I'm a cynic. So, they arrived, a team with a woman as the leader, who supervised the entire operation, from removing the things in the way of the work, to clean up. they were meticulous. Organized. Thoughtful. And all my skepticism was erased. I was delighted with the quality and time required, the attention to all the details, explaining things to me, and showing me the way they worked. They still need to give me the actual photos of the work, tho, so I'm deducting one star from Customer Service. I think after this amount of time, I should have received the photos of their work! But, I'll have them back for less costly service of upkeep.

I admit I was disappointed that I needed to provide a credit card ahead of time; I am very cautious about what kind of business takes this information given the ease with which oneâ s info can be obtained from non-encrypted data storage. That said, I bit my tongue, gave the info. The team arrived punctually, set up a very very protective and clean environment in which to work, and proceeded with no delay to begin. It seemed to me that the work was efficient and thorough. I am still waiting for the photos of what they found, as the woman with the male crew offered to send that to me, after she asked me not to stay in the room due to fumes from their (reportedly non toxic) cleaners. No odors lingered.

They were on-time, professional and courteous. They cannot do outdoor windows over two stories.

Horrible!! They did not do a good cleaning. When I asked them to please finish the job they said no. They would not go back and do the job I had paid for. Bad service. Bad cleaning! Do not hire these people.

The job was extremely dirty which was a exhaust fan on the stove. It hadnâ t been cleaned in 30 years. The workers covered items on the counter carefully and left my kitchen spotless. Very well done job.

There was lots of stuff in their way when they arrived. They worked with me to get it clean in spite of being told it would be empty. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. I was told I could pay at the point of sale with a card but despite the 15 or so emails and texts I received between booking and the service, none told me I would need to bring cash. They left garbage bags I would have expected them to bring to the dumpster.
