Responsive & prompt. He responded immediately during the Coronavirus stay-at-home order to replace our leaking water heater. Through phone and Text messaging he was able to recommend a replacement for my 10-year old Kenmore water heater. Pat arrived on time and completed the project on schedule. He was a mask, gloves, and booties for his and our protection.

Patrick returned my call within 15 minutes of request on Homeadvisor. Said he would be here (Saturday during Covid19 lockdown) between 12pm & 3pm He arrived 1145am. Completed a tough job replacing our Hot Water Heater in a small space behind the washer and dryer in basically a closet in a City condo... With a smile. We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. He investigated everything in our bathroom which was above the kitchen. When he couldnt find anything causing the leak in the bathroom, he went up on the roof. It was a roof vent which needed to be repaired. Patrick was great!

I hired Pat to change several types of valves including on the the main water supply pipe, pipe to outdoors, toilet; installed av faucet outdoors, will come again to fix a leaky toilet, scoped with a camera main drain, will come to remove blockage. I have used Pat on numerous occasions. Pat has installed my sump pump in my basement, installed new bathroom, from roughing in to finish. Pat has unclogged numerous different drains in my house and always arrives sooner then expected. I refer him to everyone.

I am a landlady among other things, so I tend to have many small and large plumbing projects. I have gone through around 30 plumbers throughout the years, and finally I found a company I am keeping around. Patrick is great, he remembers all the small and large projects to do better than I do! When he comes back to the property to fix something new, he will check prior projects to make sure they are still working properly and if not he will make the proper fix. I am sticking with Patrick.
