Jack James took the initiative to contact me immediatly after my inquiry to determine my needs. At that time, he scheduled an appointment to come and look over the work that needed to be done, then prepared an estimate which was extremely reasonable and affordable for me. I discussed work that I would like to have done in the spring, as it's not in the budget right now and he was completely understanding and expressed an interest in being given the opportunity to do the work. I'll definitely be calling Jack and have already recommended him to other people.
