My experience was not a good one. Canceled a number of appointments. I had to persist to get needed work done. When the gentleman did finally come he was friendly and professional. I would hesitate to use again or to recommend.

The office called not only to verified the appointment but to advise me of a slight delay because a problem on another previous job. The delay was less than 1/2 hour. When he arrived, he apologized, d looked at the job and gave me a price. I accepted and he went straight to work. The office and plumber are very respectful, polite and professional

Had major inflow line break outside, water running down street and freezing over in front of neighbors homes. Very professional, came promptly. Stated all what had to be done and how long it was going to take. CLEANED UP MESS!!!. Love them! Replaced entire inflow line and 3 feet into home. Also replaced caps on surface and bathroom faucet. I've already recommended them to 2 others and they were used. AWESOME WORK!! Will use again in the future.

We found out that our water supply from the street, along with being defective, was also old lead pipe and needed to be removed and replaced. After hiring a "handyman" plumber initially, we were SO relieved when we hired Mr. D to get the job done the right way. Most plumbers are not qualified to take on "Full Service" lines, but Mr. D's has both the experience and the machinery needed!

Did a wonderful job! They came in time, finished all work the same day, cleaned everything after job was done. Now we are waiting for weather changing so Mr. D will be able to put new cement on the area that was dug up. I am strongly recommend Mr. D's Plumping if you want a great result!!! Evaluation of the situation was thorough as was the work needed to correct the situation. Workers were focused and job was completed when and as promised. The only part left to be completed is to recement the area dug up on the pavement.
