Ohio Areation of Cleveland

We hired this company for snow removal on 12/31/21. Their guarantee was they would plow our driveway by 7am anytime there was more than 2 inches of snow. It?s now 1/23/22 - we have had at least 6 inches of snow on 3-4 different occasions and this company has yet to even show up. We have reached out to them several times and they continuously say they will get to plowing our driveway but never do. I would not be shocked to learn that this company doesn?t even actually exist. Hiring this company is the single most regrettable service transaction I have ever participated in, on Angi?s List or otherwise. I would highly discourage hiring them for anything.

The trunk of a middle sized tree in our backyard split vertically and half the tree trunk fell, resting on another tree about 25 feet up. Ohio Areation of Cleveland was the only company who could remove it before January. They came with a fully equipped crew and cut down and chipped the tree, ground the stump, and chipped a large pile of cut branches I already had in a couple hours. The men were very courteous and professional. I had trouble getting my payment through because my debit card was somehow locked up unknown to me, but they were very patient as it was resolved. Highly recommended.

Remarkable clean up of the area and gutters cleaned out. The yard looks incredible. The clean up was very good as well. They were slow getting started with the estimated date to begin but other than that great work and I would highly recommend.
