Ohio Consolidated Builders, Inc.

I would approach cautiously. Great product and price, installation good. Finish work poor and would not come out and fix issues with out several phone calls.

After I paid a desposit and material was ordered the company filled for bankruptcy. I ended up buying the material my self and they (the company) did install it for me. And they did a good job, but i felt that all this could have been avoided. I went thur all the process of checking out the company and I felt I was lied to.

I had this work performed in February. Two sliding glass doors were installed. During the installation I continued to comment on the quality, and after installation, notified company management that the door installation was not done properly. Between the end of February and today, 5/2/05, three people from the company have showed up at my house to look at the install and all have agreed that the doors need to be ripped out and reinstalled, but no one has yet scheduled to come out and do the work. One of the doors is barely operational. This was totally inferior service, and reinforces that "you get what you pay for".

We ordered our two doors and paid half the amount on 11-18-04. Someone came out to measure within the next 2 weeks. After that we didn't hear from them again until we called them twice during the week of 1-11-05 at which time we were told they had been waiting for a part and would call to schedule the installation when it came in. It would have been nice if they had called to tell us what the delay was. We shouldn't have had to call them for info on why it was taking so long.

They were really good at installing the siding. They also installed windows which were terrible even if I did get a good deal on the siding.

Did a real good job.

They did a great job

Good quality, but very pricey.
