Reviews
Write a ReviewMy rating is based off of Hakeemâ s punctuality, knowledge of his craft and timeliness of the repair. Hakeem also was extremely professional while being personable. We will use him in the future as well as recommend his work.
I searched for a Refrigerator/freezer appliance repair on a holiday (Tuesday) through HomeAdivsor. My appliance was fluctuating warm and cool temps. Received a call within 15 minutes from Onpoint Appliance Repair. Next day, Wednesday, came out to my house and checked out my refrig/freezer. He diagnosed the problem and I received a call 1/2 later, stating the part was ordered and would arrive on Friday. Late Friday afternoon, he had part in hand and fixed my refrigerator/ freezer. He followed up, calling that evening (Friday) to make sure it was working properly, it was! He was professional, polite, friendly and respectful of property. Prices were fair. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thank you again.
Technically sound and very good.
Very helpful and mentally professionally and on time cleaned up after work. Space.
Onpoint appliance repair was extremely overpriced. Hidden fees are not cool in this economic climate. When i asked how much BEFORE the visit i was told 75.00. He took appliance apart, diagnosed.. determined the issue. Stated the piece was 15.00.. i was exicted.. he said your total will be 240.00.. imagine the shock. At this point the appliance was taken apart. Had no choice. In my opinion, contractors like this take advantage of women. Would not recommend to any of my family/ friends. Transparency would have allowed me an opportunity to choose someone else
So there is a fee to diagnose and a service fee for maintenance and customers pay for parts in my experience I have dealt with people who do not; t explain the problem thoroughly so I do not guest estimates over the phone for free (free quotes) and I explain what the problem is why was or could have caused the problem to give the customer knowledge and to prevent possible future problems and fix the problem. Sometimes I have to dissect the appliance to see the problem after identifying I give the customer my analysis and ask if they would like it serviced.
The repair was quick with his response to my inquiry and repair. His prices were reasonable, and he educated me on how best to use my washer in the future to minimize repairs needed. Outstanding service and I would definitely use him again.
There was a little problem getting my oven repaired but the repair man came back until it was fixed. I was very happy with the service. He was very polite and friendly. I would hire OnPoint again to repair any other appliance repair in the future.
