Installed a new antenna in a prompt manner. All TVs' working.

Answered phone every time or called back promptly. Scheduled work promptly and when they had promised. Called me ahead of time to confirm when they were coming. Professional, friendly installationfrom Jason and Pat who installed and fine tuned the antenna for best reception - no more "bad signals" for me.

I had lost Channel 12 and asked them to try to restore it. They installed a new Balun and a roter I bought. I didn't get channel 12 but I now can get Channel 52 , a New Jersey PBS.

I little problem, but they returned to handle it.

Robert White was the installer. He worked very hard and was very creative to get good reception as my antenna is in the attic which made it difficult to get the signals. i would highly recommend him

They followed up and repaired the problem. They returned phone calls. They replaced problem causing items at no additional cost.

Installed antenna without grounding it. This is in violation of National Electric Code. Unable to finish installation last week due to weather. (Three apointments cancelled.) For the past two days we have had good weather but I am unable to contact him or leave a message - message box full. Also, no paperwork detailing job, equipment installed was left with customer.

Project proposal was delivered as specified in a timely manner.

The two men who installed an external HD antenna on the roof for our flat screen digital TV worked extremely efficiently, cleanly and effectively. We'd hoped to be able to receive the basic channels, but actually have access to 47! We were given a thorough explanation of the process, and helpful suggestions about future needs and how to proceed. One complaint:They rang just one day in advance and asked to schedule the visit for noon on Mother's Day, a very inconvenient time. They agreed to postpone it until 2pm that day, but then didn't arrive until 4:50pm. Even so, we would still happily employ them again and recommend them to others.
