Was able to spot a difficult to diagnose problem. Saved me a lot of money! Nice person.

Alex managed to leave my appliances in worse condition than when he started and hasn't made an effort to return and address these issues. I've been truly disappointed in his service. I've called him 5-6 times only to be told "I'm very busy right now, I'll call you back". He has never returned a call. Issue include: -Left my Miele dishwasher in disrepair, it had a shoestring tied as a handle when I left. He said he would return to find a solution. No call back again. ($150 charge) - Misdiagnosed the issue with my sub zero refrigerator. He removed two light bulbs to resolve to overheating issue. ($150 charge). It turns out it was an issue with the condenser. (someone else fixed it) - Claimed he was waiting for parts for my Dacor range. After weeks went by, the unit was cleaned, but parts were never replaced. It's still not functioning properly. ($75 charge and lost time waiting for part which were never ordered) I've decided to cut my loses (over $500), rather than continue to call him over and over.

Alex was on time, fixed problem, came back 2 days later with a part to fix additional problem with no additional charge for service call, at a fair price. Excellent contractor.

Appliance is the Bosch Ascenta Condensation Dryer. It requires frequent cleaning of the lint filter and the heat exchanger. Obviously, the tenant did not do a good job. I did a couple round of cleaning myself but the "Cleaning req" warning light still came on intermittently. I called Alex and made the appointment. Before he arrived, I tried one more time to clean it. This time I took out the lint filter and rinse it in hot water, dried it before putting it back. The dryer was running flawlessly when Alex arrived and he had nothing to do, so he gave me a discounted service call charge.

Although my refrigerator water disperser is fixed the face plate for the water dispenser was broken during the repair and now leans away from the refrigerator door. I didn't notice it until after he left and found that he had attempted to seal it back together but it wasn't working. That means he knew he broke the clips and tried to cover it up (or best case scenario thought the adhesive would be a good enough fix). In the end I paid to fix one problem and now have another.

Good overall customer service experience.

My refrigerator would not stay cold. I paid for a thermostat - however this did not fix the problem. I ended up calling a certified GE repairman - He diagnosed the problem as a broken fan. So I paid $346 to PAP and $389 to GE. Not happy.

Our stove wasn't working right. My wife said we would have to buy a new one. I said let's see if we can get it repaired. PAP Appliance came out the same day I called and fixed it at a reasonable price.

Alex worked hard, solved the complicated problems, and did it all with a wonderful attitude. He didn't overcharge either.

Not the most warm and fuzzy guy but he knew his stuff and I felt like I could trust his opinion. He also had a warranty on his workmanship.

The price was higher than expected. Part cost more than originally quoted & didn't realize there was a service charge of $75
