I searched for a contractor to install a new fence in my backyard. Pat responded quickly, came out to look, and immediately understood what I had in mind for a challenging hillside location. He bid the job fairly, was able to schedule the work within a few days, and finished early. He and his team were professional, quick and very neat. Included in the job was repair of a tall, rotting deck pier which they accomplished perfectly. During the project, the team performed several small, related repairs without my even asking. I am very happy with the results and would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We hired Dunros because he gave us a good quote and could do the job right away. We had a walkway leading up to our house that was uneven. Pat walked us through the options and worked with us to find the right replacement. We had a new walkway in 3 days for the price he quoted us. Would use him again.

We asked Pat from Dunros to go take a look at a three story deck/stairs in our Inner Sunset building, as we were out of town and unable to take a look at it ourselves. I was expecting to hear back with an insanely high quote that would essentially be a rebuild of the entire structure. Instead, he got back to me right away with a very reasonable quote for some very specific work to fix up only what needed to be addressed. He completed the work in a very timely manner with no surprises, and it turned out great. We will definitely be using Dunros again in the future for any projects in their wheelhouse.

I HIRED THEM 7 VERY PROFESSIONAL (3) DECKS POWER WASHED & (2) COATS OF SEALER. I THEN WENT ON TO HIRE THEM TO PAINT (2) ROOMS IN MY HOME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, PAT BOLGER AND HIS TEAM HAVE HIGH REGARD TO THEIR HIGH STANDARDS.
