I had a bad experience because they did not value my business then I prepaid and I did not get the service that I was expecting, I got no service for the additional work.

They did not do a good job on the floor. The team stated that they did not have the right equipment to get the job done because the communication was incorrect from Angi so they were preparing for what was communicated to them. They still insist that they would do the job anyway after they give me a different estimate that I agree to because of the miscommunication but it did not come out right.

"Sorry for the inconvenience, we were slated for an exterior power wash. we have provided all information including photos, the significant other that was on site wanted us to do grout cleaning we were not slated for grout cleaning, and we explain to the person that was on site that we would do a strip wax and reseal, and that's what took place. we have submitted all documents and forms sorry for the inconvenience we will try to reach out and get you some type of discount in the near future thank you and enjoy your day."

It was very easy to book and there were very professional.I hired another locksmith prior and they were not able to get the job done. I am so grateful for PCC Cleaning Solutions to come fix the issues and will be using them for any other needs in the future.

Quinton goes the full mile and tidies up all loose ends and little corners that need attention. My house has never been power washed and I was looking forward to this. It looks beautiful. I love looking at it and not thinking, "oh my God, that algae." Because it's gone. Also, he is polite and efficient.
