Perfect Inground Pool

I have had several other pool closing and opening companies that were not reliable. Al arrived on the scheduled date and updated me on the time he would arrive since he had a delay witj a previous closing. He was very thorough and gave great service. I will probably hire him next year to install a new pool liner. I am highly satisfied with his work.

What a change from my first experience---totally different & POSITIVE!! I had them open my pool in the Spring and had a much better experience. They just winterized my pool and did a FABULOUS job---did exactly what was expected! They arrived on time and finished in less than 2 hours. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

I would not recomend AAA pools for anything.Yhet opened my pool and are not reliable.

Hired this contractor to help fix a leak we were having and to replace the liner. At first he responded and came on time to the first meeting. He gave us the estimate for $4000, and asked for $2500 up front for deposit, he asked us to paint the rusted parts of the pool, to have it prepared while he was supposedly taking measurements for the liner. This was supposed to be a project done in two week signed on 6/12/2016. Its now almost a month later and there has been minimal contact with him like he is avoiding us. We did everything on our part to streamline this process and now he has $2500 of our money and we have no idea if he is even going to complete the job. I'm very upset with our services received, he won't even call to let us know when he is cancelling or not showing for the time set. I have had to call on his no shows and ask if hes coming and he just keeps pushing us back like we aren't worth his time. I will not be recommending Allan for any pool services, I don't enjoy the way he speaks to us when he is here, and to be completely honest he seems a bit racist, I just pray we get the services we paid for completed within the year.

This contractor took and cashed our check for over $3000, and hasn't done any work yet. Was scheduled for 6/10, but didn't show. When we finally got in touch with him later in the day, he said his installer was sick and he would call this week to reschedule. No word from him this week in spite of text I sent yesterday. I am also unhappy with the fact that 2 weeks ago, he told us to empty the water from pool. When pool was half empty, the sides started to fall in. We called this contractor and he said to put some water back in, and he would send someone out to take a look. No one has come to look at the damage. I would love to give this contractor a chance to do the agreed upon liner replacement, and repairs to the pool sides, but he is not responding. HELP! Now I am forced to throw shock into a half full, green pool so that it does not draw mosquitos. HELP!!!!!!

We put a down payment for a pool cover with the intent of installation in late September. Charges occurred before the product was to be delivered and installed. We have tried to work with the contractor on no less than 3 occasions before we complained to our credit company and had payment returned. Upon the return of our payment, they tried, again, to install the pool cover but demanded cash for payment. We reluctantly agreed because we were told that the cover was a custom cover and did not want their company to lose money on a cover that they could not use elsewhere. When they arrived to install the cover in January (3 months after our original install date) they left with the cover without telling anyone in the house. We finally agreed to purchasing the cover without installation. Again this was because we were told that this was a custom cover. After purchasing the cover, we found out that the cover was made one month before we even made contact with the company. Please learn from our mistake. Watch out for Mike and Al!

Great guys and professional. Even though I told them the wrong info about the size of the pool (my bad) they went back and got the correct size cover and had it closed in no time flat. They will be putting a new liner in for me this coming spring. If you are looking for honest people at a reasonable price start here, you won't be sorry.

I hired them to winterize my pool. They came with no tools to put on the winter cover. I was never told they don't remove leaves before putting winter cover on. So I was removing leaves while they both left to go find THIS tool. They returned 2 hours later without THE TOOL--so they had to put cover on by hand. Two weeks later they returned with THE TOOL and finished the job. They then asked for an additional $50 for me to purchase THIS TOOL that I have never had to have with other companies winterizing my pool. I said I don't need this tool So then he asked for $25 for cleaning out leaves in the pool, which I said I did while you went to find the tool. I DO NOT recommend this company!

Ray came out and showed me how to close my pool . Very nice guy.
