I called today to get a very dangerous beehive removed by my window. I am allergic so this was terrifying for me. I first called many other pest control services that were overcharging and not available until the following week. Thankfully I came across Pest Medics LLC and Javan (the owner of the company) was the person whom I spoke to about removing the beehive. He was very professional and extremely kind!!! He came out to remove the hive within the same hour of calling him!! He gave me a great price! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He also was empathetic and understanding towards my anxiety of the beehive. I would 100% use the service again. Highly recommended! Five out of five. If I could give more stars I would!! Javan was a lifesaver for my husband Eric and myself when we heard an animal scratching, hissing, and growling in the crawl space under our house. When we called, Javan answered right away, and was able to come out the same evening of our call. He inspected the area and determined we had a possum or raccoon visitor. He set up traps with the promise of checking every couple of days, or we could call if we saw an animal in the trap. We woke up the next morning to a possum hanging out in the humane cage that was set up. My husband called Javan and he came right back out not only to get the possum and relocate it, but to treat the area with repellent to avoid any more unwanted guests. Javan was professional, knowledgeable, and his calm demeanor helped us relax and know our problem would be taken care of. We are so thankful for Javan and Pest Medics llc, and highly recommend them.

Javan contacted me immediately after I asked for a quote. He came out right away he is trustful honest always picks up his phone or always returns your call immediately. His price was excellent actually I believe he was a little bit low because he did a lot of work he removed seven groundhogs from my property that I ve been having trouble with for a year and he did it very very fast and professional. I would recommend him to anyone that needs work done. I ve had many people at my house doing work over the years and he has been the best by far. He s very neat he cleaned everything up and was always available when I needed him. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I m not the easiest guy to please to be honest but he was absolutely FANTASTIC. I recommend him very very highly. If he does come out and give you a quote if you would like to call me I would be more than happy to give you my number. No it sounds like I work for him but I don t. I had an awful experience with the service from the owner of Pest Medics and I would never recommend using this company. In the morning, I woke to birds in my attic and called Pest Medics. After arriving, examining one side of the attic (not the side I originally heard the birds in), and extracting a nest, he told me the cost would be $700 for 40 minutes of service. After I negotiated the cost to $300, the owner left. Minutes after he left, the sound of another bird was heard in the attic and eventually entered the bathroom exhaust system in my home. During his return, the owner attempted to get me to pay extra for the bird he did not extract and told me if I did not want to pay extra, he would put everything [birds nest] back the way he found it is. Upon locating the bird in the exhaust line above our downstairs bathroom, the owner claimed he would have to cut the drywall of the ceiling around the vent fan to remove the bird. I hesitantly allowed him to do so. Following this, he took a phone call while on the ladder near the bird, told the next customer he would be there shortly, and proceeded to tell me he would have to cut even more drywall from my ceiling as well as need more money to remove the bird. After I told him not to cut more from my ceiling, he began to pack up his equipment to leave and claimed he would refund my payment of $300. After leaving, he has ignored all of my calls and messages. The bird is still in my ventilation system, the drywall has not been fixed, the owner is not in contact with me, and I have not been refunded. The performance from Pest Medics was truly unprofessional and I do not recommend this company to anyone. UPDATE - response to owners; reply: I have video security in my home that shows the time you arrived and; the time you left my house after receiving the $300 payment in my kitchen. Video also shows when you arrived back, 10 min after you left, and got paid my son and I heard the live bird that you did not take care of before receiving my payment for $300. When you arrived back, you asked me for MORE money saying you needed to get paid more to help me with the live bird. The live bird was the problem that he was called initially that morning of May 3, 2020. I also have numerous pictures of the way you left my exhaust line not connecting it after you removed the birds nest. I also have phone records with my cell carrier as proof of when I called you back only 5 minutes after you left, then called you the next morning asking when were you going to refund my money, which what you said you would do when you packed up and left, AND how you were planning to fix my powder room ceiling that you sawed and left the live bird in my ceiling. BEWARE of the owner - he is not professional, left me a big mess, and needs to get insured as a business owner, this guy needs to get insured so he can pay to fix the ceiling in my powder room that he destroyed with his saw. By the way, the next contractor came in and removed the bird WITHOUT having to cut the ceiling. So glad I did not listen to the owner of Pest Medics and let him cut my powder rm ceiling 4 more inches after he cut 2 inches that he did not even need to. I will be filing complaints against him and this business as he STILL has not stepped up to contact me to fix my powder room ceiling. He needs to OWN his mistakes!
