"Rich was great to work with. On my second visit, the house had just been put on the market, so priorities changed and we focused on making the place look as good as possible to potential buyers. He's already said he'll be calling me again after this one sells, and he moves into a new house. Looking forward to it!"
"I really enjoyed working with Gail, and I look forward to working with her on future projects. When I uncovered some hidden treasures in her home like the beveled glass in her transom window, she was as delighted as I was because we shared an appreciation for craftsmanship and detail. I like that in a customer :-)"
"David wanted trim for the dining room entrance to match trim on the large front window. There was no trim there originally, but there was wainscoting with raised trim which had to be removed, re-cut, and reinstalled. This was a small job, but I enjoyed working with the customers and look forward to working on their future projects."
"I've enjoyed working with Charles on a number of projects over the years. I really appreciate my regular customers who come back time and again when they need a handyman for their home repair and improvement projects."
"Kevin was great to work with. He had recently had a wall patched where a window a/c had been, and had some walls added in the corner of the room to box in some duct work. Unfortunately, they rushed the finishing, and left it lumpy, streaky, and pock-marked. I sanded down the high spots and filled in the low spots, using my new vacuum attachment for the electric sander, which I'm happy to report contained nearly all of the fine dust! I took my time to obtain superior results, sanding and spackling and letting it dry overnight, then repeating, and finally painting on the third visit."
"I met Larry almost a year ago, and have really enjoyed helping to renovate and maintain his center-city brownstone apartment house. As apartments would be vacated in this 150 year old building, I would size them up and determine what needed attention. Everything from a new floor or faucet for a bathroom, new mini-blinds, planing/repairing doors and cabinets which were stuck from too much paint over the years, or just wouldn't shut, patching ceiling cracks, installing window air conditioners, and more."
"I've had the pleasure of working with Evan on a number of projects, at both his home and his rental property. All sorts of things from sealing a leaky bathtub surround, to putting in new dimmers and outlets, and installing a custom-size bi-fold door. I also did some ceiling repairs, installed some outdoor window boxes for plantings, and custom shelving for the kitchen per the customer's specifications. I'm looking forward to working with Evan again on some future projects we've discussed."
"Pattie was a pleasure to work for. The job included the kitchen/Laundry flooring shown in the before & after photos, and a list of assorted items to get the house staged and ready to put on the market, including repairing noisy and running toilets, removing old window treatments and patching holes for the painters, and fixing several interior doors. I also installed smoke detectors, and replaced light fixtures, a bath exhaust fan, and a ceiling fan, among the various tasks."
"Julie is a repeat customer, and always great to work with. She has a large, older home, so I've done a wide variety of tasks for her. Here are some of the more recent ones... * Provided computer assistance to Mr S. on various apps * Scraped, sanded, and repainted wooden glider bench and reinforced with brackets & screws * Repaired spring-return and latch on wood side gate * Repaired vintage hallway light fixture * Reinstalled 'Ring' doorbell * Installed peep hole in front door"
