Had a clog in the main pipe to septic tank . Mario came out within 2 hours and snaked the blockage right out and followed up with the camera to see everything cleaned out ! Fantastic job, nice guy , very happy . Took advantage of the $149 special ! Will call them again for sure.

Power flushed out my main drain stack in my basement and did a camera view of my water drainage system to street sewer line in front of my house very informative and cleanup was done very well thank you Joe for helping me out KKatherine 👍🏾

Great work, quick and friendly. A bit pricy, but got it done.

I contacted Plunger Plumber to replace an old outdoor faucet that had been leaking. Joe came out, took a look at the problem, and explained the type of faucet he'd replace it with. We also talked about replacing the old valves underneath the kitchen sink. He quoted a price I felt was reasonable and then he got to work. I was very pleased with Joe's knowledge and the way he explained things to me, as well as with his workmanship. I'd call this company again in the future.

I booked this company to clear the drain in my driveway which was probably priced higher than I should have paid but the initial guy that came out was really nice and I just decided to go ahead and have him do it. (I give this guy specifically full stars, no issue with him whatsoever.) To do the work, a second guy had to come out. I had mentioned that we get a bit of moisture through the basement walls during heavy rain. They checked out the basement and then quoted me for exterior waterproofing. The second guy quoted $34,000 for this work, gave me a whole spiel about how important it is that I get this done and they can do it next week. I said thanks but I cannot agree to that today and I would call them if I would like to move forward. He did NOT want to take no for an answer. He tired offering to take off the amount that i had just paid for the drain if I signed today. I asked if I could keep that offer through the end of the week and he said no, it was a 1 time offer for today only. I told him if I decide to do it, I would call him back by the end of the day then but again, I would not be agreeing to $34,000 right now. After they left, they called my partner who had made the appointment but was not home when they came to tell him they might be able to bring the price down a bit. Their sales tactics were extremely predatory and if I didn't know better, there is a good chance I would have fallen for it. Since then, I have already been able to get 2 quotes, both of which told me they would be happy to do the work but my house does not need it. I have red brick foundation that naturally sweats. It had been painted before we bought the house. It's apparently not supposed to be painted and if it hadn't been I probably would not have even noticed the moisture because it would have evaporated. Both of these companies told me to scrape the paint off, clean my gutters, and get some mortar cement from Lowes and repair the mortar myself. I asked out of curiosity, what they would charge me to do the full exterior waterproofing and both quoted between $20K-30K. So maybe try booking with NorthEast Plumbing or B-Dry Systems instead. They will not try to unnecessarily strong arm you into crippling debt.

Managed the job once they arrived

Both guys were very friendly but professional. Stayed late until job was done right.

He came very quickly after my scheduled plumber was not able to come because his van broke down. He gave me service at the agreed upon price and did it well . I was only disappointed that he could not give me the ware that was originally offered, because he said that would have involved a pricier procedure which was not needed.
