Work was not done in a timely manner ( paid in November, did the work in January). He attempted to collect final payment without completing the work. Work was done poorly and I was cited by the city. House was broken into with damage and theft of copper pipes while this company was working there and they were questioned by police. They threatened me when not paid stating they would put a lein on my property even though the work had not been completed. They later admitted the work was not done and offered to finish. House now needs to be repainted do to the poor work and I am out of $1200!!

I highly recommend him. He really does a good job. He helped me know what it was that he was doing. He' s honest. He was very accessible.
