I feel that Manuel should be more involved in his business and get in touch with his costumers. He should be involved in the process and go to the site. He only came when he gave me an estimate but after that, he has not contacted me back for my issue.

From the first contact with Omar, who replied to me immediately, and was so kind and understanding of my needs to have my very sentimental tree that means so much to me and my late Father, who was my best friend and I miss so much, trimmed serviced etc this is the company to call. This tree was huge in our back yard, and needed to be trimmed for health and by law. The tree workers used so much care, proper machinery, and techniques to trim this tree to perfection. The workers took such care, safety, and professionalism in not only my tree needs, but also the neighbors yards next to me for safety and cleanliness. They even worked around a little bike we have leaning up against the tree for 30 years that is my daughters that my dad never wanted moved. The workers removed every branch that fell, even the ones if any in my neighbors yards. The tree is not only perfect and even, but exactly how I wanted it to look. They cleaned my yard afterward more then what it was before they arrived. The day of service a neighbor called them for their needs. I commend everyone at this company and do recommend them to everyone no matter what your tree and or yard services are. You wont find better quality work with affordable fair pricing anywhere else! I thank everyone at this company so much.

Very professional

My experience with Prestige was terrible. After removing a tree stump, I hired them again to install a patio on July 26th (it was supposed to be installed on July 23rd, but they did not show up). Today is August 16th (3 weeks to the day), and the patio is already cracking. They left the patio suspended in the air with no support, and then tried to dump dirt on it to hide what was done, but the rain is washing that away. When I asked them to come back and look at the work that was done by their crew, the owner told me I needed to pay them another $4000 to add a retaining wall; something, by his own admission, was never shared with me when I hired them to install the patio. This company takes advantage of women, and they have terrible customer service. They also left cement all over the back of my house, and they left an exposed hole under my door that was created by them removing a step. I have asked them to fix these issues and they wont. This is not a good company at all.

I had to wait a longer than i thought for this service but i found out it is the nature of the business due to weather, emergencies and overwhelming demand. However, Mannie, the owner discounted my service with sincerest apologies for the wait. The workers arrived at 8am promptly. They were extremely kind and respectful, strong and skillful, careful and diligent. They took all the wood and cleaned up all the debris. Cut down 2 huge trees. Done by 1pm. Mannie's, indeed a good man. This project was for my 83yr old mother who worried for her neighbors safety but worked with a limited income. He also gave a discount for my mother circumstances. She went into Her emergency savings for this and first and foremost, she is happy. Her neighbors are pleased. I overheard them talking. They let me watch and take pics. It was exciting and dangerous but the cutters skillful ability to remove large branches in such a small space without damaging wires or property was a sight to see. It was sad to see the trees i grew up with die but their wood will not die in vain. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Prestige Tree service. Thanks Mannie.

Very good pricing. Hard working team that want to make sure customer is satisfied. They fit us in their busy schedule. We had trees down from recent storm. Cleaned-up site when they were finished. Will definitely hire again.

Had a bit of an emergency job. They were out to review the job within 30 minutes and started the job within a hour or so. Excellent job, efficient, cleaned up after the work was completed. I Would recommend. And have asked for additional estimates on other tree trimming and removal that I may have done later.

They returned my initial call for service immediately, gave me an estimate, proceeded with the job in a very timely & professional manner. The workmen were courteous, did a great job & cleaned up afterwards. I recommend them highly.

These guys were great. Saved me tons of money from other 2 estimates that I received. Other company had the audacity to call back and accused me of lying about Prestige quote.
