It would have been a better experience had the company also addressed the crumbling floor under the crumbling wall which they repaired. Also the price could have been a little less expensive.

Unfortunately, the work has been left unfinished, with the the garage floor flaking, walls cracking, paint pealing and other concerns and finished in accordance with the contract specs. We would appreciate if you could organize your company, teams and workers to complete the work as specified in the contract by and thru conversation. You can contact me on August 6, 2020 to discuss or arrange a time to talk. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, you choose not to undertake the rectification work required by the date we agree upon, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint through the Department of Commerce or the Building Disputes Tribunal. While speaking with you last, you seemed to have a peaceful spirit with wanting to rectify said mentioned. Thats good! Martez and his crew were very responsive, not only in soliciting my business, but throughout the entire project. The crew arrived every day when promised, took steps to limit dust/debris/damage to other areas of the house, and went above and beyond to make sure the work was done to a high standard. Even minor items that I was willing to overlook, Martez insisted on fixing to make sure they were right. I've already recommended Prestigious to a friend, and I plan to call them when I have other projects in the future.

The company was prompt in responding to my request for an estimate and accommodating my next day request. The staff took time to discuss the project from start to finish and the expected outcome. First, I would like to say thank you to Martel for doing a fabulous job! It is very challenging to work behind someone else, but he did it! With confidence. He promised me that my entire job would be done in 3 days, and he delivered. He had new paint from a previous project asked if I liked the color, I said yes, and he painted my room at no cost to me. He is more than fair. He and his team are professional and stayed on the job until it was completed. They are very clean and honest. I would like to add that Martel will help save you money with his ideas and experience. I absolutely recommend Prestigious Construction to everyone.
