Timely and professional.

Simon worked hard and did a great job replacing 2 garage doors and one motor. Beautiful result.

Coordination was a little rough, but they crew came in, took care of it, and left quickly. Work was smooth, everything after was just a little rough (getting keys and finalizing payment)

It was overpriced. After they came to do the job, they wanted an additional $800.00 which I didn' t have. They then agreed to do it for the estimated original price which I already paid for with my credit card. They promised to take the old cellar outside door scrapes away which they have not done. .

They were quick and got it right the first time. But I had to threaten to go with another contractor if they did not lower their price. They did lower it.

the door is beautiful a d it only took a few hours to install. but getting someone to actually come out on the date and time we were told was impossible... it took 2 weeks to finally have them come out.

Installation seemed to go well. 1 week after installation, we get heavy rain and a large amount of the caulking around the door washed out and is laying all over the driveway. I contacted the company immediately and they start making excuses about how caulking doesn't set properly in cold weather....funny because another company replaced all the windows in my house a year ago in the same exact weather and the caulking they used was fine. Anyway, they said they would send someone out that week....no one shows, contact them again (now two weeks after first contacting them), get more excuses about being the holidays and all. So again, they promised they will send someone out....no one. It has been about 2 months now... nothing. I would avoid them like the plague if they can not be bothered to fix a simple problem like this.

The gentleman at Pristine LLC. in Northeast Philadelphia on Castor Avenue is as professional as you can get. They do high-quality work, using high-quality materials, schedule fast and they arrive on time. These guys are a pleasure to do business with.

This job was not professionally done. The cement work around the cellar doors is sloppy; there was a huge scratched-off area on the underside of the door, like a big tag had been scraped off; they took bricks from a small wall I had built and used them in their cement work, leaving cement on the bricks and my wall in shambles, there is dried cement and scratches on the new doors. The whole thing looks awful. I took pictures and sent them to the owner. He agreed it looked unprofessional and said he'd get back to me later. I just wanted them to do something to clean up the mess. No one was willing to even come to look at it in person, and he never returned my messages after that. In fact, they never came to look at the job to give an estimate; just relied on pictures I took and texting! I so wish we had never used them cuz now we are out $1300 and stuck with this job. Don't ever use these guys! And I'm disappointed in HomeAdvisor listing them.

I was very please with the level of communication throughout our project to repair our commercial garage doors. They identified a solution to minimize the risk of future issues.

The company did a "bait and switch". I was given one price for a Clopay garage door for which I gave a deposit. I then got a call an hour or more later from the technician Sam telling me that instead of being $2997, the garage door would be $6000.00. I did get my deposit back several days later.

Sam came through the same day I called for an estimate. Not only did he give me an awesome price, but he also did the work the same night! Add this company to your favorite contractor list!

The two installers did an excellent job working in rainy weather. The two installers repaired my wall and installed a new garage door. Mr. Ramsey answered all my questions. Highly recommend !!!! Sam came to my home promptly, went over his products and options for two new garage doors and an automatic door opener. The pricing was good and the two workers who installed the units were terrific. I am very happy with Pristine and the work they did.

These guys were great they contacted me the first day they came out the second day to look at the job and by the third day when we did accept the job they were done within 2 hours awesome guys clean I'm so happy I really like these guys in the company wonderful people
