Professional Insulation

The installation crew did an excellent job. Very difficult to come into an existing home and get the insulation for the attic, internal walls and basement ceiling completed professionally and on time. Very satisfied.

The guy who came to our house was named Ray. He was very honest and gave me good advice from what I have been reading on which insulation to go with. I believe his price was very fair and he was in and out in no time. I would refer Professional Insulation to others.

Overall the insulation went well. The workers arrive on time and cleaned up after the job was finished. But they cracked my widow frame and piece of my vinyl siding of the worker denied they cracked vinyl siding, but I inspected the siding the day before, no crackes Informed Jim Myers I have not heard back from him. Bad business. Another thing I had piece of vinyl siding coming off from the upper level. I ask them is they can put back for me. They told me they did not have the ladder to get up that high. Very disappointed

Ray was very professional. He explained his assessment of my problem areas well; suggested improvements that he felt were the most effective and economical. His quote was half other quotes. Another ventilation company had suggested heating cables. Ray explained they would probably work, but would be a very expensive route; suggested I start with the blown insulation, then assess the effectiveness during this winter. He explained that I would probably still see ice form at my downspouts but much less after the blown insulation. If I have concerns this winter, he instructed me to call him and he would further assess any problem areas.

i have not had the service done yet. probably the 2nd week in may. i was very pleased with Ray Frye and the estamate that he gave me. thank you for your help.

Great. Explained what needed to be done, did it on a timely basis, cost was fair, cleaned up, and I can feel results by the temperature in the house. would definitely recommend.

They gave me an estimate that I could handle (whew!) ~ they wrote a detailed proposal ~ They called to schedule when I accepted the proposal ~ they started the job the next day, and finished the same day! I am very happy with the service and the servicemen...now I just hope it makes a difference in my heating bills!
