Prosper and the team at Prosper Construction just completed a beautiful renovation of my home. I badly needed new flooring and decided to add other updates as well. So we embarked on the journey to design an addition to our home and redesign the entire front of the house, which included a kitchen remodel as well. I knew that I wanted to replace my carpet with porcelain tile, but I thought that I would leave my existing kitchen tile in place, to save a little money. Prosper convinced me to eliminate all transitions in the flooring and replace the entire house with the new tile, and I am really glad that he did! The house now has a smooth flow and an expansive look that is just gorgeous. The entire experience was beyond worth the investment. The most amazing part of the transformation of my home is my stunning new master bathroom, which Prosper also advised me on.

We hired David and Prosper to do a gut renovation of our home in Portero Hill. We decided to hire them after interviewing six different contractors. From the initial phone call I had with Prosper Construction Development I knew these guys were different. He was the only contractor to ask that I forward the blueprints we had so that he could come to the meeting prepared. Our project ended up being more difficult than we originally had thought. Some walls we wanted to remove were structural and almost every wall had plumbing. Prosper Construction and their entire team handled each surprise like seasoned pros and these challenges did not stop their team from delivering the home we had envisioned. The scope of work included: gut kitchen renovation, 2 gut bathrooms, tiling, wood floors, painting throughout, removal of structural walls, addition of steel panel. Our renovation was completed over a month ago. I would not hesitate recommending them. At the end of the day they are really great people with a terrific team.

I found Prosper through reading the reviews and decided to request a quote for a bathroom remodel for the home we are moving into. Prosper was very easy to communicate with and spent a good amount of time with us in explaining the process for renovating and understanding what we wanted to be done. The key factors in my decision were cost, timeline, and professionalism during estimation. Prosper came in at a 10 with all three. Because I was also moving into a new home there were small things here and there I needed help with and he was always there to help. He even took the extra time to come out on a weekend and let us know what measurements we needed for the vanity and shower tile! Friends and family have come by to see the final product and love it. I highly recommend working with Prosper Construction.

Prosper Construction just completed an add on for us which included a master bedroom and master bathroom. They also moved our laundry area from the garage to a space inside the house which included a demolition of an existing shower. First of all, Prosper and his team have been wonderful. We were in constant communication throughout the whole project. As soon as I asked a question, I got an answer in return, or someone would be at the house soon after to check up on something. The work that Prosper Construction did is true quality and beautifully done. We also really appreciate the fact that they stuck by their word. If they said they were going to do something, it was done. At the end of our construction, they told us that everything is guaranteed if we have any problems with anything no matter how much time goes by. Prosper was the perfect project manager for our master bath remodel, which was completed in just eight working days: Day 1: Massive demolition. Poof, it was gone. Day 2: Carpentry re-framing. Day 3: Plumbing rerouting. We expanded the shower and made it much bigger so they moved pipes back into the wall and floor. Day 4: Hot mop. Day 5: Scratch coat. Our first look at how things were gonna look, and we approved! Days 6-8: Subway tile, accent tile, grouting, clean up. The price was about average. We got lower bids (who never called back) and a few higher who were taking advantage of our zip code location. He said *about a week* and it was. We know how frustrating it can be when contractors promise it will take two weeks but Prosper was spot-on. He has a great team that protected our carpets and cleaned up every night, sometimes as late as 7:30pm to finish what they started. We have recommended him to neighbors.

We LOVE our new kitchen and master bathroom. Thank you, Prosper Construction! We actually first got a quote from another contractor who was pushy then we found Prosper Construction. When Prosper (our sales rep) came through the door, he was friendly, professional, and did not pressure us at all. The estimate included everything from the cabinet reface to the countertop to the back splash to the appliance and plumbing hook-up. It took about 3 weeks before we started the actual demolition and remodel since they were busy making the cabinets, but we also needed time to order our new appliances and sinks. David was our project manager, and he made sure to keep us in the loop with time frames and also came by to check on the progress of the remodel. All in all, we are so happy to have our kitchen and bathroom completed by Prosper Construction Development.

My wife and I could not be happier with the job that Adam and Prosper provided on the project in our home remodel. They went above and beyond to ensure that our visions for our new home came to life. We are so excited about our new kitchen... the cabinets as well as the countertops are fantastic! Prosper Construction also did an amazing job on a media cabinet, and our kids bathroom vanity as well. Adam was extremely helpful in coordinating and helping me pick the perfect products to match our design and colors. I really cannot say enough good things about them. We were looking to hire a contractor to completely re-do our kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and flooring. We had to take down a couple walls to open up the space, move exterior door and add a bay window, we installed custom kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, fixtures, recessed lighting, appliances and back splash. Both bathrooms were completely gutted and remodeled, and we implemented some of the colors and tile from the kitchen. We did tile and engineered wood flooring throughout the house and as the project went along we decided to do new windows as well. Prosper Construction Development was honest and upfront about everything, we loved their work, and they were priced properly. Their designer really helped us define our style and designed our bathrooms and kitchen. Even with the changes, the project was finished before the deadline. It was very important stayed within our time frame, as we had family coming from out of town. Will definitely use them for any future projects!!
