Jeff and his team have been a pleasure to work with. Jeff was very fast to respond to my initial call, got out right away and quoted a fair price. Job was installed within a week. Had a couple issues with the new cameras and Jeff was on point with prompt responses and fixing the issues. Jeff was very fast to respond even after business hours. His install crew was extremely courteous, professional and performed clean work. I would recommend Jeff and his crew to anyone looking for a security system.

Quoted a price of $1,500 and we mutually agreed to do the job. He changed the price to $2,900. I did not like it but I did agree to the new price. Contractor later backed out of the job entirely. Despite proof that it was his fault regarding communication issues. Accepted no responsibility. Left the door unlocked on two different occasions. Would not recommend.

Mr. V, We are sorry that we could not perform your project for the budget you were working with, but making up things does not serve anyone's best interest in this venue. I am fairly sure that literally each syllable of your above review ranges somewhere from outright lie to half-truth exageration. 1. At our initial assessment at your property, you stated that you would like to install 15 cameras in the building. And you received an estimate based on that (the $1500 your half-truth mentioned). Upon having us return for another assessment, you decided upon 25 total cameras. You then sought to hold us to the original estimate for 15 cameras; as if more cameras should not cost more money. We took the time, in that moment, to explain in detail why more has to equal more, and at the end of the day agreed to install the whole 25 camera system with descending poles for $2896; (easily half the price of any other distributor in our area). 2. Upon arrival for the first day of install, you did not show up. Once our teams had waited for a brief period, you texted with a lock box code to enter the property. We entered to find that the scissor lift we had agreed upon using in this project was no longer in the building either. Without the lift, the project just couldn't be done that day. We DID, in fact, leave the property with the key in our pocket (a point that you were SOOO CLOSE to being fully honest about on your review). The problem with the half-truth, again, is that we returned HOURS later, locked the door and returned the key. 3. We gave it another shot on the next work day. Again, 2 teams of techs arrived to find you MIA and the scissor lift in a neighboring property. While YOU DID send me information to get into that neighboring property, the addition of this task became a final straw for every person who had wasted their time up to this point on the project. Once the level of inconsideration elevates beyond a certain level, we afford our technicians the option to kindly back away from a project and simply suggest another vendor to the customer. While we strive to be the "friendly neighborhood security guys" you can know and love, our patience has to have some boundaries to it. It just became very obvious that you were not the sort of person that we are here to serve.

Company does not respond issues and not communications are not honoring the guaranty.

We have now made two trips for issues that ended up to be no issue at all. Each time, you did not stay home for the appointment, and no one else in the home can speak English. Since the system has been operating flawlessly each time we have come, we cannot ascertain what you could possibly be talking about as far as an issue with the system. If there is some sort of upgrade or change that you want to see on the system, we simply need to know that an English speaking human will be on site at the time of your appointment to explain that request. All we are seeing each time is our usual system operating to perfection
