About us
At Reliable Caregivers we believe that the best healing takes place at home in comfortable and familiar surroundings. We offer services in San Francisco, Marin, Alameda, and San Mateo counties for either short term or long term care. Our caregivers are bonded and insured, and cleared through an extensive background check. We differ from other agencies in that our Care Managers oversee the placement and training of the caregiver so that they fully understand any special needs that may be required. They carefully monitor the progress of the case on an ongoing basis. Also, we have a Registered Dietitian on staff who can work with those patients who have special nutritional needs based off of a specific disease or illness. This again is at NO additional cost to the patient. Our hourly minimum is 4 hours per visit, and 12 hours per week. I would also like to highlight some of the aspects of our services that may differ from other care giving agencies.
