Rightway solved a problem I've had for eleven years. Owner Al and his dedicated team worked tirelessly to complete a projected four-day job in three. They did a careful, meticulous, thorough job of installing a French drain with two sump pumps in place of one in my basement plus mold remediation and outside drainage work. No more pushing water with a broom from one side of the basement into the sump pump on the other after a heavy rain!

The project was completed with limited issues though there was miscommunication.

Would recommend this company to anyone they waterproofed my home over 10 yrs ago there was an issue with the subpump and they came out and replaced the subpump no problem at all.

Rightway did an excellent job on our basement waterproofing. All the work was professional and good quality. It's now been seven years and we had a problem with one of the sump pumps they installed. I called them yesterday and Al, the company owner came out personally and installed a new pump in under an hour. I wish everyone offered service this good. Highly recommended.

We hired Rightway about ten years ago to waterproof our basement. After we moved in, we came to learn that our house had an undisclosed problem with water in the basement, with the house taking on 8-9 inches of water during storms even with a sump pump working. We spoke with multiple vendors, and Rightway had the most comprehensive (yet cost-effective) plan for moving the existing pump and exit to be closer to the street, installing a second pump and perimeter drain and addressing some water entering at pipe entries in the foundation. We have had them conduct frequent inspections since and they are always responsive and helpful. Recently, on a Friday night, we had our first instance in ten years of water in our basement due to an historic deluge in rain water in a brief few minutes as part of a tornadic storm, which overwhelmed the system at the entry drain at the base of our walk-out basement stairs. I submitted a contact request form late Friday night expecting a call back on Monday, but Al (the owner) called me back within 20 minutes, near 10pm. He talked me through what had happened and asked me to send him photos to confirm my verbal descriptions so he could confirm his advice. I value and appreciate not only the quality of Rightway's work ten years ago, but their continued inspections and Al's prompt and thoughtful help at a time of when I needed it most, and which eased my concerns. Recommend them highly!

Fast and efficent.

I am SO glad I hired Rightway to complete my basement waterproofing. I recently purchased a 100+ year old Philadelphia rowhome that was not cared for properly. I wanted to work on cosmetic fixes and ignore the perpetually damp, smelly, moldy basement for a year or two, but after a few heavy summer downpours in the month after I moved in (which showed me how bad the water situation was) I decided I needed to tackle waterproofing before doing most of my "fun" projects. I had multiple waterproofing companies come out to assess the basement that all basically offered to install the same system, but Eric from Rightway was the only company that did not try to scare me or overwhelm me with their assessment. Even when I was sure I needed extra basement work done (which would have doubled the project price!!) Eric assured me multiple times that the other companies were just trying to scare me into getting unnecessary work done. Their price was also considerably more affordable than other companies, so I decided to move forward with Rightway. When the time came for the job, Randy and his crew were some of the nicest, easiest guys to work with. I am amazed at how great my basement looks and feels now - the guys left it cleaner than how they found it!! And of course it is DRY! (I wrote most of this review right after the job was completed but waited almost 2 months to post to make sure nothing went wrong... everyone at my housewarming party last weekend remarked on how amazingly dry my basement was!) I am so excited and feel like my basement is no longer the scary, smelly cave it was before, but now is usable, clean, dry  space I can use for storage, laundry, and my gym. I am so happy with Rightway and recommend them to ANYONE who is looking to tackle this job! 

They're crew was excellent, and once again, great value for the price.

My initial contact kept changing the day he was coming out to give me and estimate and the same thing happened as to when the work would begin. Despite the forecast for a nor'easter the men were scheduled to do the work despite my suggestion perhaps they should wait....the men worked steadily through it under very difficult working conditions but left supplies behind and a mess in their wake along with a concrete floor area cracked that had not been there before they had to jackhammer to put in piping for a sump pump. The owner called to make things right and some of it has been taken care of but the rest awaits an opening in their schedule. All have been quite personable but I think a lot of the issues could have been prevented if they had waited.

They really helped us through the process in an emergency situation. I was grateful to them.

I found them to be very responsive to my concerns and explained accurately what job they were to do. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after the job was finished. So far in the last 3 heavy rainstorms all is good. I would highly recommend them to anyone with water in the basement bc of the professional manner they performed this job.

Needed repair to previous waterproofing done by another company. Bob came right out and gave us an estimate, scheduled the work. Workers came early, finished the job in record time, cleaned up and were gone. Great work and people.

My husband and I highly recommend Rightway Waterproofing! The owner Don came to our home for the estimate and was personable, professional and knowledgeable. Within minutes, Don was able to tell us exactly what was wrong and exactly what we needed to fix the water problems. Don explained every aspect of the job in great detail and was able to show us pictures of a similar job. He made us feel comfortable about his company coming into our home to perform such a significant project. The job was done on time and was completed in a professional manner. Best of all, the basement has been dry since the completion of the project. If you have water problems in your basement, Rightway is the company for you!

SAlesman/ estimator was highly aggessive. Competitive bid for same work came in 10% lower following day after signing contract. Salesman did add extra services, probably knowing he was high. work was done on time and was of high quality. Satisfied

Basement water proofing project was completed on time with detail explanation of what they are doing and why.Completely satisfied with their service.

They came in removed a whole basement full of junk did the work they said they would, very respectful of my property and my Mother who was at home during work, job completed on time at quoted, very fair price.

Make sure you understand what your getting and that you get what you paid for.
