Worst experience. Took my money and never did the job. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Please never let this woman in your home!

Deborah's Drain and Cleaning Business was the name of the service. Deborah was very late arriving for the job. She had a rude and nasty disposition. Her work in the master bath was acceptable; however, when she replaced the stopper in the guest bath, it did not close properly, as designed. The thick washer did make a seal, but the metal stopper did not fit flush with the sink. When questioned as to why the stopper was not sealing properly, she said, "Don't worry, you'll get used to it." She also commented, "Well, it works." Finally, she said, "Pay me my money so I can get out of here." Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

Deborah King is highly competent, and overall it was a pleasure working with her!

The plumber was honest about and upfront with pricing. We were told what we needed to have done now to solve our current problem. We are pleased with the work and will hire again in the future.

Expensive

The professional arrived late. I left work early to make sure I was at home by 4; which is when she was to arrive. it was after 4:30 when she showed up and I didn't received a call to let me know she would be later than planned. She began working, didn't let me know she was there and was scratching up the new split box installed by the faucet. If I had not been home, who knows what would have happened. She did not come prepared with the materials to replace the faucet, and needed to go to the store and purchase the items needed.
