They give me all the information I need and show me all the designs they have. They also help me choose the best for my sister. The bathroom was remodeled in a couple of days. My sister is so happy and we are grateful for the perfect work done by SPN Construction. I highly recommend them.

From flooring to bathrooms, to doorknobs and even basement, the work was perfectly executed. My uncle had an accident a few years ago which made him disable. His wife had to stay home permanently to look after him and this has affected their finances. A family friend introduced us to SPN construction and they came in to modify my uncle's house so that he can do things without his wife's help. His wife can now go back to work and pay the family debt. This is such a relief to the family and we are more than grateful.

After thorough research on experienced home modeling especially for an aged disabled person, because they are not easy to come by. I finally settled for SPN construction and I have no regret. From start to finish, the whole process was totally satisfied. They are thorough, detailed, and customer-oriented. I simply enjoyed working with them. Plus, my new home is a place I could call a home.

If you are thinking of letting them do work on your house - stop immediately! Sammy subcontractors the job out and then takes no responsibility for the aftermath. They overcharge you for unnecessary items like a toliet, medicine cabinet or light fixtures and then use your existing items and then say for a job you have to order extra materials like drywall. I can understand you need to have some extra materials like drywall but find it odd that they charge for a toliet and then never get one. They also will tell you don't need permits for the job and then you find out you needed one and then refuse to talk to you. They say you don't need permits for painting walls which is correct but they apparently think you don't need permits for electrical work, moving plumbing and moving walls/building additions. Everything looked fine when the job was completed but things quickly fell apart. I had electrical shortage from their work, my pipes froze, my pocket door broke and then I had leaks from the ceiling from the addition that they built. Everything was blamed on my house and it was never their fault. They came out to fix somethings with myself constantly complaining and then did no good and refused to talk to me afterwards. I hope this helps your decision from using Sammy. REMEBER TO THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THEM AND IF YOU DO WATCH THEM EVERY SECOND AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE PERMITS!

Sammy and his team were very good. Issues were handled quickly and professionally, and the finished product looks great.

They did a great job. Cleand and quick, and they gave us a great price. They were easy to get ahold of and easy to work with.

Sammy and his staff are reliable, responsive and super nice. They got back to me right away and started the work soon after. The work was great. When I asked for something to be adjusted, they accommodated my request right away. I have already referred SPN to my business partner for more work.

the contractor was very quick to respond & assured me he couldo the job asap. I needed the grout repaired on my kitchen floor, which he did it looked great until the next day when I noticed the grout was still loose when I called Sammy he said he would stop by the next day. I waited all day & he did not show & he has not returned my calls since. I definitely would not recommend him...His price also varied ..He said he could do the job for $150.00 but when he removed some of the tiles he said it would cost $250.00. what do you do then, when the tiles are removed , in the middle of the job Had to throw a rug over the loose tile.
