Where should I begin? Scottie was very responsive at first, as I have read on many reviews. First, he had some problems getting the permits took some time. After the permits were done and I made the first deposit, everything was going fine. After a couple of months, I realized he was slowing down. He was working other jobs. When he did get back around to working on my house, he would do a sloppy job. After 3 years, the work is still not completed. He left piles of garbage and plumbing material from the subcontractor. When he replaced the roof, he threw the roofing material in the backyard along with buckets of tar to fix the roof. He left all that debris in my yard. He did not even complete the job that he was contracted to do. The basement still needs to be parged, I can see through the bricks in the basement mudroom area. The back steps still need to be fixed, it is deteriorating with holes. Basement stair treads need to be fixed. The bathroom floor is still missing a few tiles. All this time and the house is still not complete. I have called him several times with no answer. I failed my building inspection. Save your time and money. I will get my project completed.

"I do not think going back and forth with customers is very professional, but misinformation is dangerous. After getting the first check, u took very long to give the 2nd payment for the next portion of the job, I started going out of pocket. U went behind my back and started communicating and making other arrangements with the subcontractors, even the plumber got annoyed with u and walked off the job. For whatever reason u started mistrusting me after the job was 95% complete.....we had to make an appointment with u to go inside the house to work after u took the key from the lockbox. The place did not fail inspection, we had to finish the things u listed. If we had to wait for u to travel 2hrs to open the door for us to work when it was convenient to u, how could we finish what was needed? We cleaned up the backyard initially and we already agreed on we would clean up again after the job was complete."

Scottie and his team worked quickly and produced exactly what we had discussed. He consulted me throughout the project and executed a professional build of exterior wooden stairs and fencing. The quoted price was extremely fair and Scottie was transparent on pricing the entire time. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely look to use his company for future projects.

"The job was to patch the ceiling inside and fix a few bricks in the back. After fixing the ceiling and bricks we realized that there was another major leak in a different area of the ceiling, after investigating I realized that the bathroom pipe was the cause of the damage and not the bricks like Ms. Kemberly suspected. You?re saying I overcharged you because you told me you could not afford to pay (under $500) what I charged to fix the leaking pipe (NEW work that still needs to be done) and I ended up slashing that price in half which you said you still could not afford. I believe I?m fair, even cheap, with my prices, I cannot work for free or at a loss."

At the beginning Scottie was responsive and responded to my messages at a respectable time, after doing the work, I had a few problems with what I hired him for and what I received. The doors were left without the locks and the stairwell was halved down, on top of that the trash was left on my property. I spoke to him about it and he finished the job for the doors and cleaned, but even though the stairwell improved there were still many things left unfinished. He stopped responding to my texts and I had to hire someone else to finish the work left unfinished. I do not know if this had anything to do with the COVID situation, but the new contractors provided me the service that I needed in a timely matter.

The *many things left unfinished* was new work that was not started because we could not come to an agreement. How can you give a bad review for a job that I was never even contracted for?"

he did a excellent job, huge difference from the state it was before. I got several estimates and he was the first that was affordable and that he said he could do it. This has been a project I have been trying to complete for over 3 years. my only complaint, The project did take a while, I think he was stretched a little thin due to other jobs, but I'm happy with the result.

"We both agreed on a price for your job, I did everything our contract stated. U asked for vinyl floors, changed your mind and asked for hardwood, I gave you those hardwood floors for way less than what I would normally charge. You said there were incomplete things (1 piece of floor strip) and a piece of wall (which was a favor to you). I offered to come out over 10 times to adjust this. U cannot then go back and say I over-charged you and discredit me after I already finished the job.We went above and beyond to do your job right. Replied to all your 3am and 4am calls and text messages. I even offered to give you back money for the strip since you refused to let us back in the house. This is a personal vendetta!!"

After the storm a few weeks ago, we noticed a leak in the side of our home. Scottie and crew were extremely timely in both their response and getting the issue fixed. They were able to identify the issue and other areas which were likely to be problem areas. Unlike other contractors we have hired, the team came completely prepared and did not need to complete the project in multiple days. I would definitely recommend.

The crew was very professional, timely, and clean. I also had granite counter tops installed and that crew was also very professional. All of the work is beautiful and my home feels much warmer with the installation of the Dryvet on the outside of the house. Prices are comparable to the construction prices for Pennsylvania. Scottie Williamson listens carefully to the customer needs and definitely adheres to the customer's wishes. But also provides his professional expertise. This company is highly recommended.
