Dave and his son do great work. They pay attention to detail, they communicate, they do what it is needed to get the job done right. I would hire them again for anything! They started on time, stuck to the schedule and completed on time and within budget.

Every thing went great with Dave and his son Greg. What I liked most I was dealing with the men doing the work ( from estimate to completion) the whole time. They get in and out as quickly as they say they can. The bathroom looks fantastic !!

I did end up hiring Spectrum Home Maintenance through your service and Dave Hatfield showed up 15 minutes before our scheduled meeting time and had a proposal to me by the next day. He was great through the whole remodeling process and did an incredible job.

Dave Hatfield of Spectrum Home Maintenance, Inc. was fair and reasonable, giving us the most for our money. We hired Spectrum to redo our shower on a limited budget; our primary concern was mold removal and preventing the formation of any new mold. We had just purchased a home and were running out of money on repairs and updates to the house. Spectrum performed the job in an efficient manner and now we have a beautiful tiled shower.

The estimate was given to me within 24 hours of looking at the job, price was fair, work was dome as fast as promissed, David had great ideas to offer, bathroom looks great!

Dave, Ray, and Greg gutted/remodeled 2 full bathrooms and finished our basement. Excellent communication and great work! They were always on time, very professional, considerate, and FAST! Each project was completed in 4 days- the exact amount of time quoted. We also liked that none of the work was sub-contracted out. We would highly recommend!

Within a couple of hours of calling ServiceMagic Dave Hatfield contacted me to set up an appointment. I met with him on a Monday evening, I had a proposal by email on Wednesday, and Thursday I had a hard copy of the proposal. He was very patient while I waited on another contractor to call back with a proposal. He was up front with all aspects of the remodel that I was planning. He initally told me 14 January as a start date but due to cabinet delay he did not start until 19 January. I even got a chance to put a hammer through the wall during demolition. The crew arrived on time and cleaned up daily. Excellent work ethic.
