Spots & Dots Cleaning, LLC

BEWARE! I hired Spots and Dots to do a deep clean of my rental property before we painted it for new tenants. Though I specifically asked for the walls and baseboards to be wiped down (to prep for painting), the baseboards were left completely untouched and there was visible dust on most of the walls. Also, they left one of our two toilets completely uncleaned and failed to clean obvious grime on the walls around our oven, and they totally ignored visible dust bunnies in the corners of rooms and behind radiators. They charged me nearly $700 for this service, processed my payment even though I expressed that I was very dissatisfied, and refused to give me even a partial refund.

They responded in a timely manner. One guy did my son's small apartment to get it move-in ready, and he did a fabulous job. Couldn't have been more pleased. Would use them again.

This is an excellent cleaning company.I called at the last minute and they were able to fit me in quickly. They were professional, polite, and provided thorough cleaning services. The crew did not stop until they had competed the areas that were requested. I highly recommend spots and dots. My house is sparkling! You will be very satisfied

A great hardworking crew. On time. Would definitely use again. They specialize in one time thorough cleaning.

Very friendly, fast and professional. I hired them to do a deep cleaning of the inside my entire house. They did not clean my powder room or the floors of the inside of my closets, as I requested. Other than that they did a great job on the rest of my house.

Spots and Dots did a great job cleaning our rental property in Philadelphia. The customer service was excellent too!

Spots and Dots did a wonderful job on cleaning our property. They are extremely professional and detailed.

"Maid Service" as the project does not do this job justice.I hired this company last minute and the job they did was incredible. INCREDIBLE. It was a post-move cleaning and unlike before they got there I'm going to get my security deposit back. Honestly, what they did was truly remarkable and even more so at the price they charged. When I'm fully set up at my new place I plan to hire them on the regular. I couldn't recommend them more.

Expensive

Fast, thorough, friendly.

They accommodated a last minute request, communicated as anything changed and, in general, were extremely pleasant!

They were running late but called to advise me of that. Cal was very courteous and professional, and the carpets look great.

They did a great job and was very professional.

Spots and Dots Cleaning was awesome! They called me the day before to confirm the appointment and talk about the job. They gave me a price the day before and did not raise it even though they did more than they had agreed to once they got to our house. They were very kind, on time, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company!!

Excellent customer service and professional. Arrived promptly and did an excellent deep cleaning. Will definitely use again.

Very courteous and professional. Overall, the job was done well. Some miscommunication regarding the extent of the cleaning. One item I thought I paid for was not done. Everything else was done well.

They were punctual, efficient and overall just great. I recommend them highly. Thank you spots and dots!!!
