Very courteous and nice technician. He ended up just snaking the kitchen sink drain. Unfortunately, the snaking didn't solve the issue that apparently was on the garbage disposer side of the doouble sink was the slow drain issue. The price for both the snaking and a disposer replacement were a bit high, but we were certain the snaking would take care of it. It didn't, so we are where we left off before. I think we can get our own disposer and install it without enduring the $800+ cost per the estimate. I do really appreciate the expeditious response by the company and the sincere and courteous attitude of the technician

Steve installed an earthquake gas shutoff valve. He carefully and thoughtfully considered the best way to make it fit in the limited space, and ultimately came up with a super-efficient solution that required a minimum of new piping. He explained and demonstrated how it worked, and how to turn it on and off. As he turned on the pilot light for the water heater after installation, he explained how to do it if I ever needed to do it myself. Quick to respond to my initial inquiry and further questions. Excellent service -- highly recommended!
