Owner-led by Lex Montiel with foreman Olegario Lopez Mora, we've built our practice on doing the work right the first time — clear communication, honest scoping, no surprise change orders. Licensed Class B General Building Contractor (CSLB #1153358), bonded and insured. Services include kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations and additions, waterproofing, interior carpentry and finish work, and ongoing repairs and maintenance. Every project is overseen by the owner. You'll talk to Lex directly, not a project manager who hands you off after the contract is signed. We provide fixed-scope estimates so you know what you're paying for upfront, communicate throughout the job, and leave your home cleaner than we found it. Bilingual English/Spanish team.
