lThe first visit was ok, but the responce to our calls to come back was very poor.

Days before Thanksgiving cooking, my kitchen sink went out of service. I needed a second opinion after a disagreement with my usual plumber. Service Magic refered me to Taylor Made Plumbing. Nate Taylor arrived at my home within half an hour. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed a complex problemand offered an excellent solution at a very reasonable price. The job went smoothly and I will definately call on him in the future. Also, Nate Taylor's female-friendly service is deeply appreciated

I think the price could come down just a bit for the work that is done, but I have not complaints for the work done. they scheduled the work to fit my immediate needs and did what they said they would do.

Plumber was messy and work was poor. What was most disappointing is that they caused more damage than repair. They ruined my bathroom vanity and left scratches in newly redone hardwood floors! Furthermore, the walls they repaired after completing the plumbing work, needed to be finished and sanded (which I did myself at 9 months pregnant!) The only good thing I have to say is that web-site looks professional and that N. Taylor was responsive via email and phone; appearance of customer service did was not reflected in work.

Taylor Made answered the phone extremely fast. They were early for the estimate, but then they made me wait for hours before they came back to replace my toilet. They were nice and cheerful, but the young and inexperienced plumber's nephew did all the work, and managed to smear plumber's putty, toilet wax, and caulk on the new toilet, the bathroom and bedroom floors, and especially the inside of my sink. They also spilled water from the old toilet on my wooden floors. I had to run out and buy a caulk remover to remove the dried up caulk from the sides of the new toilet and the floor. It also took a lot of scouring powder and elbow grease to remove the smeared putty from the sink and floor. It took me two hours to clean up after them. I'd never use them again.

Taylor Made professionals were timely and efficient. They offered an option that was cost effective and appears to have resolved my problem. I've mentioned them to friends and will keep their info for future reference.

The gentlemen were timely, honest, professional and quick to complete their task. For a first time home owner, they truly have obtained a new client. Excellent job!!!

They arrived earlier than promised (which is a good thing when your heat is out) They were polite and presented themselves well. Diagnosed and fixed problem quickly.

Nice guys. They had to run out to attend another call between their estimate and their completion of my project. They also had to leave to visit their parts supplier, because our tub had some older, obsolete parts. This resulted in them underestimating how long the fix would take - something I initially thought would be a 2-hour project ended up being 4 hours. When I tested their fixes, I found that the cold water wasn't working properly on the tub. They had to bring their tools back upstairs to finish the job. However, the fix is complete now, and at less cost to me than anticipated.

The heater was not working so it was an emergency call. They showed up promptly. They let me know what they thought the problem was and the cost. They quickly got the job done and stuck to the estimate.. I would definetly use them again

taylor made plumbing were the first to call after i put my request in, they were able to come and fix the problem right away and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable over the phone and explained that they wouldn't charge me for the part they had to get if they didn't need to use it. they were professional and did the job well. would definately call them again.

There were some stumbling blocks to getting the job completed (personnel, etc) but it was a big job. They had to drop a ceiling in two rooms and in a hallway. In the process, a couple of items were broken or damaged. They replaced the broken items when the job was done. Their fee was more than reasonable and I was not overcharged. The work itself was great and their attention to detail was exactly what I would expect. I was very pleased with the overall finished product and would use their services again.

I was so pleased they were available on a Sunday. They were prompt, did the job very well and I will definitely be using them for future projects.

Dosen't stand by his work. Called less than a month after completion of repair because the toilet was leaking and it's been 72 hours and the company has not returned my call. May have to seek legal recourse to get them to respond.
