He did not do what I asked, and wanted to be done first. He instead replaced the handles, and it s not working. The windows do not close; we still have to use our hands to close them. He did not get the water out of the window, and I m not sure why he put the metal sheet on the window and tar. It s a sloppy job. He said he would take the window out and take it to a shop to have them repair it, and he would put it back in free of charge. I explained to him that he should have done that part first if he was not able to do the window. He told me he could repair that, and that is the Only reason I chose him to do the job. The window leak was repaired the day before I contacted Angi, and I told him that as well. I have real-time proof of everything. Pictures and videos.

Nick was great. He was polite and efficient. He gave great information that I was not aware of in reference to concrete.

Rick installed a new garbage disposal and put a new door knob and deadbolt on our door. He was great to work with, and we discussed other projects to get done and will be scheduling another appointment.

Tophandyman services came with a big deal to offer me. Ask to repair a kitchen cabinet utensils drawer, the old track system had given out on us. He install that in the same process repaired my dry wall that was damage from a leaky roof.
