Evan and Sal were at my property today and did a very professional and thorough job. He did not appear to cut any corners and handled every vent with the same amount of care which I appreciate and I realize was time consuming. He also took time to explain what he was doing. Sidenote: I also liked how Evan spoke to and dealt with his apprentice Sal (with respect and kindness) I notice those kind of things! I would 100% recommend Toto Solutions

I recently had my home's HVAC ducts professionally cleaned by Toto’s Air Solutions, and the experience exceeded every expectation. —here’s a detailed review to help anyone considering this service. When I was shopping for a company, Evan, the owner of Toto’s, was the only one who took the time to listen to what I needed, ask relevant questions, and provided an estimate over the phone. Pricing was beyond fair for the scope of work and the equipment used. After seeing the way he worked, I feel they don’t charge enough. On the day of the cleaning, they arrived punctually and let me know en route, which I appreciated since it was morning. Evan and Sal were/are very courteous, and they encouraged me to ask questions, which I did and they explained everything to the minute detail. I was home the day the cleaning took place and I observed how Evan prepared the equipment and the duct vents before cleaning. I have had the ducts cleaned before, but I have never seen someone be so detailed, write down everything, and be so meticulous. Evan provided me with an N95 mask as he prepared to run the machine. He wanted me to be safe regardless of whether there was mold or whatever the vents collect. The use of negative-pressure vacuuming ensured contaminants were removed rather than pushed further into the system. I strongly believe this guy just loves what he does and does it with a passion. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with the approach and the attitude he had toward the job. I have rarely seen any contractor with such a work ethic. He never complained about anything even though we ran into some space issues due to the age of the house. Evan is innovative and creative. He will try anything to get the job done properly. He walked me through every step and every vent and showed me pics before and after. After cleaning, they rechecked the system and sealed any minor gaps they found, and to wrap it up, he cleaned the whole place, especially my basement. I have never had it so clean😊 I chose Toto’s in an instinct and I must say, they were the best contractors I have ever dealt with. It has been two weeks since I had the job done, and I feel the difference of the air. Air flow feels stronger and more consistent, and dust accumulation on furniture has noticeably decreased. The indoor air smells fresher. It just feels good to be home. I thank Evan and Sal for the amazing job and look forward to the next cleaning in three years.

I had renovations done in basement where the heater was located. Sheetrocked entire basement, I had spackle dust everywhere. Evan came in and cameraed every vent in the house. These vents have never been cleaned in 70 years, needless to say I was mortified at what was inside. Evan and his tech took their time prepping everything. You could actually hear the what was being sacked in to the vacuum. Evan took pride in his work, was courteous, respectful, and trustworthy. He made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend them.

After the weekend snow storm, Evan Toto worked me into his schedule and it was worth the wait. He was thorough and took the time to show me what he had found in my air ducts.
