I hired this company twice and each time I was more than pleased with the results. Communication was efficient, the owner shows personal attention both to customers and to detail. Most importantly, work was performed on time pursuant to the initial information about the project completion timeline and was performed well, with quality materials and experienced technicians with a problem-solving approach and creative thinking. I would not hesitate to use the services of this company.

Frank located the cause of our home heating problem and replaced the electrical board quickly and professionally. His prices were fair and he even showed me how to troubleshoot certain issues myself. I would highly recommend Trustco.

Frank, the owner, was very responsive to my call. We decided on a date and he was here with helper on time. We had a look at what I wanted done and he mentioned that he was familiar with what I needed. He started right away to modify the cold air return plenum so that I could replace the furnace's filter without having to remove the furnace's front doors. They completed the job without any complications and the finished project was exactly what I was looking for. He's honest and knows his craft and is very professional. Frank the owner is pretty honest and his workers are courteous. On time and the price he quoted was the same when he was done. He didn't try to over price me like the previous company I called, they wanted to charge me 3,400 more then Frank., WOW. Reasonable financing was available. All around good guy.

I called for assistance after hours and Frank assisted me over the phone. He came out the next morning to diagnose the problem. He took his time and gave me options for repair or replace. He explained everything to me and was not in a rush. Additionally, he sent quotes and all information via email for me to make a decision. He will be installing a new furnace this week. I will write again with that review.

Trustco gave me an great price and excellent, high quality work for a new furnace and Central A/C install. Frank, the owner, did not try and oversell me a system I did not need. He explained carefully what he thought I needed and why. He installed solid, workhorse, made in the USA products with good warrantys. Trustco is a family business, and I felt very safe with them in the house. The job was done in a very reasonable amount of time, and Frank took the time to explain the system to me. I also had Trustco install a hot water heater, and they did an excellent job on that.

I put in a service request in regards to my heater on friday evening and within minutes he called and we set an appointment for the next day. Frank came out and did the repair. The price was exceptional. He took care of my problem and I am more then satisfied with the work and will use him from now on for all my heating and air conditioning needs.

Frank and his partner did a great job with preventive maintenance on my heating unit. They explained things thoroughly and were pleasant to work with. I was going to have my central air maintenance at the same time, but they recommended to do it in the spring. Although they were 1 hour late, I would work with them again!

I had a very challenging and complex job, since the ductwork that had been built in my new house was really messed up. Another reputable HVAC person who looked at the job wouldn't even bid on it, it was so complex. Frank, on the other hand, worked with me to brainstorm and problem solve our way through the issues, and they're now all fixed. Frank strikes me as an honest, talented HVAC expert, and I was very, very pleased with the work and the cost.

Trustco Heating and Air did a great job replacing my old broken heater. The gentleman who conducted the work for us even took the time to walk through the house to really evaluate our needs and explained to use what our best options would be. I received quotes from 4 contractors, and chose Trustco b/c I felt most comfortable with them. They were the only ones who actually sat down and explained to us what we needed and what they were going to do. I have recommended them to friends and family all of whom have been very pleased.

Frank did very good work. He was patient, professional, cordial, knowledgeable and he fixed my problem. Definitely would recommend him.

The individual, Frank Gonzalez, was extremely accommodating to me and to the situation. He was attentive to the issues I felt existed with the unit, and was willing to search and to test various components before arriving at a decision that might have been considered hasty. In the end, the repairs improved the efficiency our unit tremendously. He also offered additional services that he noticed might be appropriate, but never did I feel as if I was selling unnecessarily. It was a good experience and I would absolutely recommend Trustco to others.
