I've used many contractors over the years, and I have to say Rick was the best when it came to communication. I'm sure I torch the poor man with lots of questions, but he answered them all... And he did it in a timely fashion. If I called Rick he called me right back, if I text Rick, he texted me right back when I had questions. Questions and i texted Rick late in the evening, not expecting a text back right away... But sure enough, Rick texted me right back. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have good communication with someone. The workmanship was excellent. We've lived in the house for some time and really done very little maintenance, I'm sure it didn't make Rick's job any easier... But he did a phenomenal job. I'm very happy.
