Brian was great to work with. He installed a Rinnai Tankless water heater. He let me by the unit since his supply house did not deal in the Rinnai line. Charged me a fair market labor charge. Heater has been up for two weeks working great. Thank Brian!

Never in my life have I dealt with a worse professional. The quote for a garbage disposal repair was reasonable, but after his assistants came out and did the work, he increased the price twice. When we tried to reason with him about the increasing price, he cursed me out TWICE in two different phone calls (ending with him calling me a b****). We felt bad for his assistants (who were fine, and in no way a reflection of him), so we paid them for the job. On top of all of that, he didnt properly repair the disposal and now our dishwasher is broken. Save yourself some time, money, and headache and go with a more professional, respectable plumber.

Posted my project on Home Advisor - Brian called me 5 minutes later. The next day he came by to give me an estimate - later that day he came back to complete the job. He was professional and courteous from first phone call to payment. His price was competitive and his work was excellent. Will definitely call him again for the next project.
