Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
We needed a new roof last year - we received 3 estimates. Two of the estimates were very close to each other for the two contractors we liked. We chose Union, mostly because it’s a family business, Frank, the representative, spent a great deal of time explaining the installation and the Company’s excellent warranty. The crew and supervisor who installed the roof were very professional. They did an excellent job on the installation and it looks great! This year, we had Union come back out to replace a wood section of the house that needed paint and was rotting. Frank gave us a great price on the replacement and also suggested we cover the wood framing around the entire porch. We agreed, and they updated both. He siding crew was meticulous and did an incredible job!

"The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"

Joseph Tyler was nice to work with and explained everything and downloaded pictures for me to see before I signed the contract. He and his workers cleaned up and took their trash before they left.

Price on day of job was much higher than of estimate given just the day before.
Response from Union Roofing Contractors, Inc.
"GoodMorning, When we provided you the quote it was for the roof you requested us to look at. At the time of the job the supervisor on site let you know that the other 2 roofs you have needed work and gave a quote for it. It was not said that it needed to be completed right then and there, we just made you aware of the situation with the other roofs. Thank you!"
