Our refrigerator broke and was leaking.

Derick went ahead and investigated the freezer-fridge issue and changed the defective (slowly-moving) fan which did not circulate the cold temperature causing poor cooling of the fridge and freezer. Though he doesnâ t have the fan for the specific Maytag fridge, he has in his service truck a universal fan the fits well. In just less than an hour, he fixed the issue. He gave me a $20 discount ($100 for the fan and & $225 for labor).which came down to $305. And he said the warranty is 90 days and can call the company for any issues that might arise but he assured me that this will work well.

Was very disappointed with the service, the service tech was very inexperienced. Had no clue how to repair my refrigerator and for the stove top repairs, was advised of what I already knew was the problem. They still charged me for the service call and repairs were not done.

Hello Ron, sorry to hear you?re disappointed with our service. After performing diagnostics of the stove our technician concluded that sparkler assembly replacement was required. Our team always try to do our best to be accurate in our inspections and conclusions to give you the most detailed information on the issue and reasonable price for repair. The problem with refrigerator was quite complicated and our specialist wasn't sure of the issue. Thus he didn't take any diagnostics fee for this appliance as he couldn't help with it. In such cases it's better not to make assumptions regarding some possible problem so as not to mislead the client. As per our policy our technicians make repairs only after getting estimate approval from the client. In case the client proceeds the diagnostics fee goes towards the repair price and is completely free of charge. Repair was great. Confusion about scheduling time since I booked through home advisor. The scheduler was very frustrating to talk to. Repair person was GREAT!

I would have given a 10 Star rating if available. United Appliance Repair arrived promptly, as scheduled, and they were professional, personable, and thorough. They quickly diagnosed and repaired my dryer without any issues. When they had me test the dryer, it actually felt hotter than I recalled. Thank you United Appliance Repair team. I have a load in the dryer now. :-)
