Paid $400 for the roof antenna. One TV pulls in several channels but the TV at the other end of the house for which I requested an antenna still only gets one station, channel 2 in Philly. When i contacted VIP the response was instant. Technician arrived and made quick and important adjustment. Right now antenna gives reception front and back of house. VIP stands behind its work

Communication was not good as it took many calls and days to get install set up, then install was not the best, antenna bought was wrong height, Pro did not advise this and installed anyway, Expected them to advise that bought was wrong size, then they argued it was 30 feet when it clearly was not.

The communication and service were great. They were very punctual!

Using Angis I contracted VIP Telecom to replace my existing antennae which was giving me unreliable reception of my Over The Air Television. I spoke with Patrick Cullis who assured me that they could resolve the problem and ensure I would get more reliable service with a new antennae. I was told a man would be available that Saturday and I contracted to pay over 400 dollars for the new antennae with installation. The person was on time and performed the service. I received fewer channels than I did before but was told that the reception for them would be reliable. The installer I discovered was a contractor unfamiliar with my area. I paid the bill with my bank card. Within 24 hours the exact same problem I had before the installation of Pixelation and the Lack of signal p reoccurred. I called Patrick and he was unable to set a date for a return visit to correct the problem. A week later due to air quality issues (Canada Wildfires), he was unable to get an installer to come and I was understanding and called back when the air quality was acceptable (one week later). At the time I did not know how to measure the signal quality and have since learned how and am including a picture showing the poor signal quality for a major network channel. It is now a month later and over a dozen phone calls and Patrick does not answer my calls. His mailbox is frequently full, and he has made no attempt to live up to the service level he committed to in the pre-sales conversation. I am now working with Angis and my Bank to get VIP Telecom to fix the problem. The service reliability is worse than it was and I am out over 400 dollars. As a disabled Senior Citizen, I am unable to climb up to the roof to fix it myself and I feel that VIP Telecom has taken advantage of me. I created and claim with Angis and my bank and I told them that my intent is to get VIP to fix the problem and feel that I must now warn others not to trust this company. Be forewarned, the service level of VIP Telecom is great until you pay, then becomes a ghost when you have a problem. I would never use VIP or Angis again for any future needs.

I called them after they had contacted me after seeing my question for an antenna install in Towson to get the Washington DC stations. On October 17th Bill and Christina came to my house and installed the antenna. I paid them 500.00. We had a few wind storms which damaged the antenna. On December 27th Bill returned to my home and charged me an additional 150.00 to install a replacement antenna. I asked for some kind of guarantee for the device and he gave me a very vague 3 months or so for wind damage. Here it is a mere two months later and I have a non working stick on top of my house. I think it's pretty unethical to have spent 650.00 and I have nothing to show for it.

The installer drilled through my living room wall and into the outside comfort system, essentially knocking out my air conditioning. Despite the fact that they charged me about 150% the price of the antenna, because they absorbed the cost of repairing my air conditioning I was willing to give them a mediocre customer service rating. But, I would never ask them to do work for me again.

Replaced my roof antenna rotor and performed quality work!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. This was an antenna removal and Bill and partner did a fabulous job. There were some nasty vines around the antenna and they took the time to remove all of them..in addition to leaving the area immaculate! Great job! Couldn't be happier! RP

They seem to prefer to work on weekends, which could be quite convenient for many people. The job was harder than the installer had expected, but he got the job done for the quoted price, and made sure it was right before he left. The price was better than the competition.
