The service was satisfactory, but the charge was 2x the rate charged by other local plumbers. I fault myself for not doing sufficient investigation prior to work. I was lazy and just relied on Home Advisor.

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced. It was Sunday and the sink was leaking. Technician Eddie came the same day I made the call and he was very professional and polite. He explained to me what needs to be done and how much it cost. Right away I decided and wanted him to do the job. Eddie did a great job and I am happy that I decided to hire VanGo Rooter. I recommend this company and will hire them for any plumbing problem I will have especially if they have Eddie do it. Thank you Eddie so much.

Steven showed up on time and got right to work replacing the inside components of both of my toilets. Also, my kitchen faucet was loose, and he tightened it for free! He was able to do all three repairs within a short amount of time. I appreciate that he made sure to clean up around the areas where he did the repairs! The repairs were just done today, but I don't anticipate that there will be any problems. Steven definitely seemed like he knew what he was doing!!

Water Heater Repair or Service
We were charged $384.00 for a 30 min job. Also, the tech asked to use our restroom. Took and #2. Did not flush the toilet until his poop was clear and clog up the toilet How rude!

I had a leak, Vango Rooter came and did an estimate. While doing an estimate for possible services, they noticed a bold loose that could be causing the leak. They tightened the bolt and said if it was still leaking a couple days later they would come repair it. It has not leaked since they tightened it. It’s nice that this is an honest company, not trying to gouge people. Thank you. Next time I have something come up, I will be sure to call them.
