Arrived on time ready to go to work. My gutters were pretty full of leaves and small branches. He cleaned them but did not address the downspouts. When they were overflowing 2 months later, he blamed my tree. I have lived here 30 years and have had my gutters cleaned several times. Never did they overflow two months later. He offered no resolve without additional expense on me.
