A representative from Weed Man came out to my house the following day after I submitted my request through ServiceMagic and left an estimate for the work requested and an analysis of my lawn. Since the estimate was very reasonable, I called to arrange for the Weed Man to perform the aerating service of my lawn (front and back). The work was completed, to my satisfaction, within a few days of my calling them. The rep actually called me before he arrived at my home to let me know that he was on his way (even though I was not there and did not need to be present). I plan to use their services in Spring.

Great response to need for estimate. However, I had to call Weed Man three times over three weeks to get a follow up on a date for the project. Once, I spoke with Judy on the the third call. I received a call from the tech's and the project was scheduled. As result, of the Adam and Adam who did the Aeration. And upon thier recommendation. I additionally scheduled a merit Grub protection and Weed killer. Which was applied within hours by another technician on the same day as the aeration took place. Very pleased with the final results!

Thus far I am quite pleased with the service. There has just been once visit thus far with two applications put down. Seems to be doing the job. I can't give five stars yet as we haven't had the service for that long.

They were at my home this morning before I left for the office. There were two workers and a supervisor, who took time to discuss matters with me. They were all courteous and professional, and the supervisor sounded knowledgeable. I have yet to see the results, but I am happy so far.
